Epping Family Fun Run

Runners take part in an annual 5 mile run for the Rhys Daniels Trust through historic Epping Forest

Extra Information: Runners of all ages and all abilities took part in the annual 2009 Epping Family Fun Run. Participants walked, jog and ran, at their own pace, from Epping Sports Centre and followed a well trodden route through Epping Forest, eventually looping back to finish at Epping Sports Centre. Celebrities who turned out to support the event included Craig Fairbrass who was there to start the race, he was joined by Billy Murray to hand out the medals and trophies at the finish line. All runners paid a minimum donation of £8 or £10 to partake in the event, and all funds raised went towards our 'Home from Home' Appeal.
