Family Fun Run

Over 100 runners took part in our annual 5 mile run through the beautiful and historic Epping Forest

Extra Information: Sunday 23rd May saw the 15th annual Rhys Daniels Trust Epping Fun Run take place through Epping Forest. The main event was sponsored by Haart Estate Agents.

There was over 100 runners took part on the day and the sun shone hard for another great event on behalf of the Rhys Daniels Trust 'Home from Home' Appeal.

Sam Kane and his wife Linda Lusardi were there with Barry Daniels to help start the run and to hand out event medals and prizes to the winners at the end of the race.

Extra Information: Runners of all ages and all abilities took part in the annual 2009 Epping Family Fun Run. Participants walked, jog and ran, at their own pace, from Epping Sports Centre and followed a well trodden route through Epping Forest, eventually looping back to finish at Epping Sports Centre. Celebrities who turned out to support the event included Craig Fairbrass who was there to start the race, he was joined by Billy Murray to hand out the medals and trophies at the finish line. All funds raised from this event went towards our 'Home from Home' Appeal.
