Epping Family Fun Run

Having FUN whilst FUNDRAISING for our latest Home appeal

One of the Rhys Daniels Trusts annual calendar of events that will help to support the next 'Home from Home' initiative was the 13th year of the Epping Forest Fun-Run, which took place on Sunday 11th May.

There were 130 runners taking part in the 5 Mile fun run including 101 year old BUSTER MARTIN who was there to compete and show his overwhelming support to this great cause. The charity was also very fortunate to have recent Snooker World Champion Ronnie O’Sullivan participating and on great form, as he was the first to cross the finish line with a fantastic time of 27 minutes 45 seconds.

The Epping Town Mayor Ben Murphy was on hand to start the race and welcome all the runners back for the winners presentations at the end of the race.
